      Try before you buy! It makes all the sense. Get a sample of the bag you are interested in, before buying bulk.

      Our generic samples will either be blank or with a random imprint and typically ship within 48 hours. First time buyers will receive a $10.00 sample credit when signing up for our mailing list.

      Please contact us, if you’d like to get a CUSTOM SPEC SAMPLE made. Setup fees are applicable for spec samples and production time is about 5-7 days (some exceptions may apply). If the same art is being used for your bulk order, we will credit you $20.00 when you place your bulk order.

      Here at ConventionTotes.com, we’d like to make sure that all fabrics we carry on our site are recyclable and eco-friendly in varying degrees. Our cotton canvas bags range from 4 oz cotton sheeting to 24 oz heavy duty canvas. Nonwoven PP is a recyclable material and typically popular for low budget projects. Jute or burlap is a natural fiber.
      We have helped many customers with OEM bag designs. Please schedule a consultation with our design team to discuss your project. We have close relations with overseas and local manufacturers to tackle projects of any scope and size. All our partners are vetted and certified to comply with ethical and quality standards.
      Most of our stock items for small run and quick turnaround orders will be available only in the colors shown online. We also offer custom dyed fabrics for made-to-order projects. The minimum yardage for a dye yields about 2000-3000 bags.

      Choose from our list of stock colors or pick a Pantone shade to match from the coated color chart at $15.00 match fee, if you are choosing a silkscreen imprint.
      You can choose, between a randomly printed sample or a ‘spec sample’. The spec sample will be printed with your logo and there will be a costs associated to produce it. (typically, there will be a setup cost and possible other charges). Production time takes 7-10 days. On occasion, we are one of the few companies that offer press-checks, if you have a very intricate logo that might print differently than how it appears in your proof.
      Yes, we ship internationally to most locations. Customs and import fees will have to be covered by the buyer and returns won’t be possible on orders shipped internationally. So make sure to request a sample before purchasing bulk.
      As long as your imprint area and size between different products lines up, you can use the same film for printing on multiple products and get a discount ( for repeat orders ) or a setup cost waived. Please check with customer service, sometimes restrictions apply.
      The production time for most items is 7-10 business days. We do offer RUSH service at no upcharge for some items. Please check with customer service. If you need your order for an event, please include the event date with your order, so it can be processed with your date in mind.
      Please check with customer service to see which items qualify for rush production. We also work with different decorators for East or West coast deliveries, to make sure that you pay less in shipping. We are here to help!
      We offer a spectrum of different print methods. The most popular and budget-friendly method of decoration on canvas totes is a screen imprint or a full color transfer. However, with the vast advancements in printing technology, we are keeping up to speed. Please check with customer service regarding all the deco methods we offer. From DTG, Embroidery, DTF printing or getting swatches made, we can assist with all.
      The majority of our canvas bags are produced in India at our SEDEX certified factory and decorated in beautiful SoCal. Our overseas unit is woman owned and partially women operated. We also work with vetted manufacturers here in the US and in other parts of the world.
      If able to, please supply vector art with fonts converted to outlines ( or fonts included ). We can work with high rest bitmap art as well, but sometimes we have to modify the art slightly for best print results and vector allows us most flexibility. We also have a skilled team of artist that can be hands on, when your resources are tied up for supplying art.
      Please check with customer service. We offer full bleed printing on some of our items. Typically the printing is done prior to stitching the bag, so this would be considered a ‘custom project’ and might have longer lead times than production of our stock bags.
      Please check with customer service. We can drop ship most of our orders to different locations against a small handling fee, that will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
      Exact repeat orders can be produced at a reduced setup cost of $35 per screen, if your re-order is placed within 3 years of your original order.
