Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer returns for blank products within 30 days of purchase. Each return has to be authorized and return fees may apply. We charge a 20 % restocking fee or $20, whichever is larger. Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed. Return shipping fee might be customer’s responsibility. This will be determined on a case by case basis.

Once blank items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.

All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify receipt of correct product. 

International shipments cannot be returned. Any fees incurred due to returned International shipments are buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping & handling fees might not be refundable and return shipping fee might be shipper’s responsibility.

Upon return goods will be inspected and counted. Reimbursements might take up to 14 days.
