Acknowledgement
Please send us your purchase order by fax or e-mail. We will reply with an order acknowledgment within 24 hours which will need to be signed and returned to us prior to production start on all decorated orders. You may also call in your order 818-455-0548.

Artwork Approval
We will issue an artwork approval proof within 5 days of receiving a signed order and correct camera-ready artwork. This proof will need to be signed and returned to us prior to production start. Any change to the design and/or imprint after artwork is confirmed will result in additional charges.

Changes to Orders
Any changes made to an order may affect your ship date and must be approved by the factory and confirmed in writing. Increases in quantity will be treated as a separate order unless the increase is placed prior to the start of production.

Over-runs and Under-runs
Due to the nature of manufacturing, the factory reserves the right to ship over or under the ordered quantity by 5%.

Exact Quantities
Exact quantity orders must be specified and a charge of 5% will be added to the order.

Returns
Returns on stock items will assess a 20% restocking charge. Imprinted items or washed items cannot be returned. All returns require prior authorization. We will not accept unauthorized returns. Freight expenses are not reimbursable. Any complaint must be registered within 7 days of shipping. A refund will be issued after items have been received and inspected, which can take up to 7 days. Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled without prior authorization. Customers are liable for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Charges will be assessed by us. Cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed as received by us. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

Adjustments
All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

Bag Sizes
All dimensions are approximate and may vary plus or minus 3/4" and might not be exactly square stitched. This is unfortunately out of our control as each bag is stitched by hand. This can be the reason of your imprint appearing slightly off. Industry tolerance is 3/4" for promotional bags. We, unfortunately, would not be able to accept anything within this tolerance as rejected merchandise.

Fabric Variations
Dye lot and weave consistency cannot be guaranteed. Reorders may vary from the original.

Rush Service
Rush service is available for domestic and overseas production on selected items. Please check with your account representative for details.

Billing Terms and Conditions
All orders are payable in advance by credit card or check. We do accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. To set up terms, please request a credit application. Each credit application will be evaluated individually. If an account becomes delinquent, all orders will be placed on credit hold and a 1.5% monthly interest charge will be added to outstanding invoices.

Repeat orders
Order records will be kept for 1 year. After 1 year a sample will be required for accurate duplication.

Availability
All stock items are subject to availability at the time of the purchase order.

Substitutions
The factory reserves the right to substitute material for equal or better quality without prior notification.

Packaging and Shipping

All orders are bulk packed using standard cartons. Contact your account representative for special packaging.

Changes to Shipping Addresses / Shipping Methods
Any changes to shipping address or method must be made in writing and must be submitted 24 hours prior to scheduled ship date and before the order has been processed for shipment to be guaranteed.

Transport
We will ship orders pre-paid via the carrier that offers the best value using ground service to the destination unless otherwise instructed. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to delays in shipment or delivery of merchandise. The risk of loss of, and title to, all merchandise purchased on this site will pass to you upon our delivery of that merchandise to the carrier selected to deliver it

Custom Inspection Charges
For all imported products, Custom Inspection Charges will be passed onto the client. Please check with your account representative for more details.

Drop Shipments and Handling fees

$8 per address after the first.
Handling fees: There is a handling fee for large orders. It is $2.50 per box.

C.O.D. Shipments
$10 per shipment.

Disclaimer

Due to circumstances beyond our control the factory cannot be responsible for variations in shade, texture, weight, and consistency of fabric-related sewn goods. The factory reserves the right to improve, change or correct the construction of products without prior notice. No claims will be made or allowed due to circumstances of this nature.
