Acknowledgement
Please send us your purchase order by fax or mail. We will reply with an order acknowledgment within 24 hours which will need to be signed and returned to us prior to production start.
Artwork Approval
We will issue an artwork approval proof within 5 days of receiving a signed order and correct camera-ready artwork. This proof will need to be signed and returned to us prior to production start. Any change to the design and/or imprint after artwork is confirmed will result in additional charges.
Changes to Orders
Any changes made to an order may affect your ship date and must be approved by the factory and confirmed in writing. Increases in quantity will be treated as a separate order unless the increase is placed prior to the start of production.
Over-runs and Under-runs
Due to the nature of manufacturing, the factory reserves the right to ship over or under the ordered quantity by 5%.
Exact Quantities
Exact quantity orders must be specified and a charge of 5% will be added to the order.
Returns
Returns on stock items will assess a 20% restocking charge. Imprinted items cannot be returned. All returns require factory authorization.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled without prior permission from the factory. Customers are liable for any charges incurred prior to cancellation. Charges will be assessed by the factory. Cancellations must be made in writing and must be confirmed as received by us. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Adjustments
All claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
Bag Sizes
All dimensions are approximate and may vary plus or minus 1/2".
Fabric Variations
Dye lot and weave consistency cannot be guaranteed. Reorders may vary from the original.
Rush Service
Rush service is available for domestic and overseas production.
Please check with your account representative for details.
Standard Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice. For custom orders a Letter of Credit or 50% down payment may be required.
First time customers
All orders placed by first time customers must be accompanied by a 50% down payment. Credit terms of net 30 for the balance will be granted upon credit approval.
Repeat orders
Order records will be kept for 1 year. After 1 year a sample will be required for accurate duplication.
Availability
All stock items are subject to availability at the time of the purchase order.
Substitutions
The factory reserves the right to substitute material for equal or better quality without prior notification.
Imprinting

Printing Prices
All catalog prices include a one-color, one-position imprint unless otherwise noted. We will print the maximum imprint size unless otherwise instructed on the order. Please check with your account representative for additional imprinting options
Setup Charge for first time orders:
$45.00 per color
Setup Charge for repeat orders:
$22.50 per color for exact repeat orders
Pre-production Proofs
Pre-production proofs are recommended but will incur an additional charge which will vary depending on domestic or overseas production. Please check with your account representative for more details.
Embroidery
Embroidery is available for most bags and can be quoted upon receiving artwork and Imprint size.
Color Matching
Exact color matching is not guaranteed. We will match colors to the best ability of our production capabilities. There is no charge for PMS color match.
Art

Acceptable Artwork:
All art should be supplied digitally via E-mail at info@conventiontotes.com or supplied on disk. Hard copy artwork is acceptable but will incur a $25.00 scanning and touch-up charge.
We can accept the following digital formats:
Corel Draw, EPS, Adobe Illustrator, or .pdf. The art must be vector art and preferably saved for the PC. All fonts must be converted to outlines.
For multi-colored, screen printed art, bitmapped files such as .jpeg or .bmp will not be acceptable for final production. Separations can be extracted but will incur art charges as listed below. All bitmapped art must have resolution of at least 300 dpi.
Art Charges
$50/hr with a minimum charge of $25.
Samples

Samples
Sample for most styles will be free of charge if value is below $10.00. All sample orders over $10.00 will require a valid credit card to process. Samples returned within 30 days of receipt will be fully credited. It is your responsibility to cover freight charges for all samples.
Imprinted Samples
Samples imprinted with a supplied logo will be charged at standard rate and incur a Setup fee. If the exact same imprint is used for a sample and an order only one set-up fee will be charged.
Production Time

All production time is based on ship dates and not in-hand dates.
Domestic Products
Blank items that are in stock will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving your signed acknowledgment.
Normal production time for domestic imprinted products is 15-20 working days from date we receive your signed acknowledgment and correct camera-ready artwork.
Import Products
Custom import items require 80-90 days for production. The factory cannot be held responsible for delays in transportation time, which include delays at the port or in customs for import orders. Delays such as this are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for them.
Packaging and Shipping

Packaging
All orders are bulk packed using standard cartons. Contact your account representative for special packaging.
Transport
We will ship orders pre-paid via the carrier that offers the best value using ground service to the destination unless otherwise instructed.
Custom Inspection Charges
For all imported products, Custom Inspection Charges will be passed onto the client. Please check with your account representative for more details.
Drop Shipments
$8 per address after the first.
C.O.D. Shipments
$10 per shipment.

The factory reserves the right to improve, change or correct the construction of products without prior notice. No claims will be made or allowed due to circumstances of this nature.
